Delta County Airport has properties available for ground lease and purchase at our Industrial Airpark located to the west of the Airport Terminal, and north of the primary Runway 9/27. These properties have the appropriate releases from the Federal Aviation Administration, are improved lands, with access to highways M-35, US-2, and US-41. The property is within Escanaba city limits, including municipal power, water/sewer, high-speed broadband internet access, and are flat and relatively clear.
